Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Easlan is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather, or other factors outside of our control.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier directly. If you need help locating your shipment, we’re happy to assist where possible.
