Refund policy
We hope you love what you ordered but we get that sometimes things don’t work out. We believe in doing business the same way we treat our friends with honesty, fairness, and clear communication. If something isn’t quite right, we’re happy to offer store credit for eligible returns.
A few things to know:
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of delivery
- Items must be unworn, unused, and in original condition with tags attached
- Sale items and one-of-a-kind pieces are final sale
Once your return is received and inspected, store credit will be emailed to you.
Shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless an item arrives damaged or incorrect.
If something arrives damaged or not quite right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at hello@easlan.shop — we’ll take care of it.
